Cluma Datamatching Tool

About this project

During my Industry Project at Howest I worked with Cluma, an industrial crane and hoisting equipment manufacturer, on a tool to automate and complete their asset data in Odoo, which was previously scattered, incomplete, and outdated. Collaborating in a small team, we built a full-stack web application that selects an asset, scans the company network for documents, quotes, and delivery notes, and uses Optical Character Recognition and AI to extract values and propose corrections. I contributed to both the Vue front-end and the FastAPI back-end, handling the Odoo API integration and document scanning pipeline to validate and push approved data back into the system.
